How are the customer products delivered?
What informations are required before we request a delivery service?
Before we agree to take on any customer's delivery, we require that the customer provides:
Company Information: Name, Address, Phone Numbers, Emails
Details of Products: What type of Product, The weight, The Size
Schedule of Delivery: What time and where the product is to be delivered from.
After receiving all the important details from the customer, we then send one of our special transportation vehicles that are suited for the delivery job will drive to the pickup location and load the products. After doing so, our drivers then proceed to check and ensure that all products are loaded safely. The vehicle swiftly follows the route that our special GPS provides to the driver to then deliver the customer's product on time.
